“ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Institute has been great at rehabbing my injured workers. I would strongly consider ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Institute myself, if I ever need therapy, even though I live 45 miles from any of their clinics. They’re good at everything they do.”
As a rehabilitation case manager, Dawn works with many different therapy groups and rehab centers to resolve Workers’ Compensation claims. She says if she ever needs therapy ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Institute would be at the top of her list.
“ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Institute stands out because of its commitment to everyone involved in a worker-related injury – particularly to the injured person. The therapists do a great job designing a plan to fit the person’s needs. Their goal is getting the individual back to work and to a normal lifestyle as quickly as possible.”
Dawn says the ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Institute staff works hard to make the jobs of case managers, review panel members, and the physicians who are treating the injured person much easier. They’re always very responsive, she says.
“If I call for an appointment, the staff always responds with ‘let’s see when we can work you in,’ and usually it’s within a couple of days. That’s not the case with every group I deal with.” Dawn is also very complimentary of how ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Institute keeps her informed with comprehensive reports and other information.
“One of the things I really like is that if they tell you they’ll have something to you on Friday, it will be there on Friday.” And if someone misses an appointment, they let Dawn know immediately. It is extremely important that a nurse consultant like Dawn know how an injured worker is doing, so she can report to the doctor on what the injured person can or can’t do when they are released to return to work.
“From the front office to the therapists, ACE Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Institute’s work is outstanding. They’re great at everything they do.”
